FACT - It’s
possible to quit with little or even ZERO withdrawals or cravings in as
little as 1 session. Why? Because it’s not as addictive contrary to
popular belief as we think it is. Most people like to compare quitting
smoking to quitting something like heroin
because they believe it’s so addictive. Well, the truth is it’s not. If
you quit heroin, because it’s physically addictive you’d go through
sweats, shakes, vomiting, nausea, and hallucinations. Yet when smokers
quit – they may or may not be irritable. Think about it. Yeah, it’s
difficult…but all that grumpiness, irritability, and anxiousness is in
the mind more than anything else.
