Wow!!!
What a difference Mindy has made in my life. She's an extremely
knowledgeable, well rounded individual; whose professionalism sets the
standard. Aside from Mindy's dynamic personality, likened to world
renowned speaker Anthony Robbins; she’s gifted with the ability to
awaken that dormant winner inside us all. My hypnosis sessions with
Mindy have given me the tools to face my inner demons once and for
all. Thanks Mindy for making today the first day of the rest of my life!!! It was time! And I needed the
tools to help me make such a big change. Mindy was amazing and took any fears

In August of 2007 I had what would be called
"corrective violence". Surgery that left me with a big cut from my pelvic bone
up to just below my belly button and in a tremendous amount of pain. Gratefully
someone recommended using hypnosis. I spoke on the phone the day after my
surgery with Mindy Ash, a clinical hypnotherapist. Mindy's voice is a calming
presence and through the use of hypnosis Mindy was able to help me build my own
sanctuary, and transport me to a place where my entire body and mind felt much
more comfortable and at peace. Hypnosis is an amazingly wonderful thing, and in

As
a Christian with late stage cancer I understand how one might be
hesitant to use medical hypnosis. But Mindy is very respectful of what
you tell her and tailors each session, as well as the custom CD’s she
makes to your needs. I was past the point of being able to control my
pain through medication that would still allow me to drive and
function. A few weeks after working with Mindy, I have reduced my
medications. I have a much better control over the pain breakthroughs
and my whole attitude has shifted back to being able to enjoy the time
I do have left. And best of all, I can pray again, something that the
pain was getting in the way of.

Upon my first meeting with Mindy, she was able to pin-point my downfalls of self-sabotage. She made me feel very comfortable talking about my eating habits and exercise routine.
After the first session I felt amazing! I couldn't wait to workout, and when it came to meal time, I was shocked by how less I ate. Within the first week, I lost 5 pounds. During the remainder of my sessions with Mindy, i lost approx 2 pounds a week, losing 13 pounds total. I am still on my path to success to get to my ideal weight.
