You have probably come to realize that there is more to losing weight than just dieting. You may realize that what needs to happen for you to lose weight and keep the weight off is a change in thinking, a change in lifestyle. You’re right.

That's why hypnosis can help. With hypnosis we can find the negative patterns and beliefs that you have at a subconscious level and re-educate your subconscious mind with more positive empowering beliefs and thoughts about yourself and how you feel about food and exercise. Beliefs and patterns can become established at a very early age.  We may not even realize how we got our beliefs and how they are affecting our life and the choices we make.

During your initial visit, I will explain and we will discuss the mind model, and how the mind works on a conscious and subconscious level. We will then discuss the myths and misconceptions about hypnosis so that you will have a clear understanding of what hypnosis is and what it is not, and what it can and cannot do for you.

We will discuss the goals you are wanting to achieve and some of the roadblocks that have come up for you in the past.  We will then review the different hypnosis methods available that can help you with improving your life and your overall well-being and help you in achieving your goals and dreams.

Before your sessions, we will agree upon the modalities that will be used. Some of the different therapeutic modalities are neuro-linguistic programming, regression, basic suggestion therapy, advanced suggestion therapy, and core transformation.
